Health and Safety
The personal safety and health of each employee of the company is of primary importance. The management is committed to provide at all times a safe working environment to all its employees by providing the necessary awareness, training, equipment required for safety, and by setting up procedures in compliance to statutory and regulatory recommendations in the Republic of Seychelles. It shall be the responsibility of each employee and the contractors to be responsible and accountable for the company's safety initiative. Each shall ensure that all the operations are carried out, as far as practicable, without risk to themselves and to others.

Allied Builders Seychelles Limited’s responsibility in sustainable building construction and the implementation of various environmental solutions is bound to conform to sustainability goals and respect the Seychelles eco-system. We are committed to a process of continuous improvement to help our clients achieve or exceed their sustainability goals while making our own business more efficient and helping to move the industry towards a greener future.
At Head office we have renewable energy electricity generating Solar PV installed, and reuse joinery generated wood waste to provide space heating through biomass plants, thus reducing and elimination of wood waste. We commit to divert a minimum of 85% by volume and weight away from landfill.
We demonstrate commitment to sustainability abiding and delivering of BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH), to latest Home Quality Mark by BRE, ethics in reducing the environmental impact of buildings.
A total commitment towards execution of the works in an environmentally conscious manner by, as far as is practicable, optimizing the utilization of resources for conservation of energy and preventing wastage and pollution. Environmental impact shall be taken into consideration in the planning of the site works.
